Terms of registration

• The Registration is binding.
• The fee is paid against invoice (to the Swedish Geotechnical Society), payment terms 30 days. Swedish VAT 25% will be added to all participant fees in accordance with current tax legislation.
• Any objections to the invoice must be made within 8 days.
• Delayed payment entails a statutory reminder fee and default interest.
• Photography and/or filming may take place at the conference by the organizer. The documentation will be strictly used internally by the Swedish Geotechnical Society when reporting back from the conference.
• Force Majeure: Due to war, special measures by state and/or municipality, lockout, fire or other similar event, the organizer may be forced to cancel or postpone the conference without being liable for any part of the participation and dinner fee, nor for any other costs which participants may thereby be caused.
  
  

Cancellation Policy

• Until June 15^th 50% of the registration fee will be invoiced.
• After June 16^th no refund.
• Written cancellation to ngm2024@sgf.net.
