Welcome as exhibitor or sponsor at NGM 2024!

The Nordic Geotechnical Meetings have historically been gatherings where geotechnical engineers meet and share experiences and knowledge. At NGM 2024 our ambition is to provide an attractive arena for networking and learning and to encourage people from both industry and academia to participate.

Exhibition

There are two possibilities to exhibit at NGM 2024:

1. Traditional exhibition space 1,5 m deep and 3 m wide. The exhibition space includes a stand-up table and electricity. The price includes two participation fees to the full conference. Price: 30 000 SEK

2. A room of your own - a 3 m x 5 m room. The room is equipped with a fixed conference table, a large screen, chairs and electricity. The rooms are perfect for an exhibitor who wants to make a little extra of the conference, for example invite to a demonstration of a product or a software. If you are interested in a room please give us a brief description of how you want to use the room in your declaration of interest. The price includes two participation fees to the full conference. Price: 45 000 SEK

Sponsorship

There are two possibilities to sponsor the NGM 2024 event:

1. Sponsor the "Swedish Fika"! As our coffee sponsor, your company is visible during the coffee break in the morning or afternoon or during the excursion taking place the first day. Price: 18 000 SEK

2. Sponsor the dinner! As a dinner sponsor, your company is exposed during the conference party held in the evening of the second day. The design of the exposure is determined in dialogue with you and after the declaration of interest has been received. Price: 30 000 SEK For questions or declaration of interest, contact ngm2024@sgf.net. Please provide contact information to whom we can contact regarding your participation. For reasons of space, a situation may arise where we cannot prepare an opportunity for everyone. We will then apply the first-come first-served principle and offer opportunities in the order of declaration of interest is received.
